ThinqShift spent fifteen years proving something with business leaders: that the mindset and behavior shift behind Fabulous Leadership can be taught, deliberately, and that it's the single biggest differentiator between people and organizations who adapt and thrive versus those who don't.
Thinqee wasn't a separate idea. The pull came from ThinqShift's own clients, our ThinqShift Alums, who'd felt Fabulous Leadership firsthand and wanted to bring it to their own people. AI made that reach possible: the same guidance, available to everyone, everywhere.
Why "Thinqee"
Everyone, everywhere. That's the aspiration behind the name: the same caliber of advisory relationship that used to belong only to the most senior people, made available to anyone navigating a real inflection in their career or their life.

The framework underneath
The Fabulous Leadership Framework runs on a single diagnostic: the ThinqShift Cube. It triangulates where you, your organization, your market, and the world around you actually sit, then adapts the coaching to match.
ThinqShift & Thinqee
ThinqShift does the human, high-touch work: ReWire® for one leader at a time, Academy for a team learning to navigate a Circle of Suck® together, Orchestrate for a whole organization moving through a pivot. It's deliberately slow, in the way that matters: real judgment, real discretion, work that was never meant to scale.
Thinqee runs on the same Fabulous Leadership Framework, the same Cube, and often the very same ThinqShifters, but it's built to be everywhere a ThinqShift engagement can't be: the Tuesday after the workshop, the 2 am before the board meeting, the long stretch between ReWire sessions when a new habit either sticks or quietly doesn't.
Used on its own, Thinqee holds up fine. Paired with ThinqShift, the two compound. A ReWire session gives someone a real breakthrough; Thinqee is what keeps that breakthrough from fading back into an old habit by Thursday. An organization running Orchestrate gets its big shift named in the room; Thinqee is what keeps nudging toward it in the thousand smaller moments no engagement could ever be in the room for. Neither replaces the other. Together, they get you further than either one gets you alone.
